Clarity Marketing is the data controller for personal data collected via claritymarketing.dk and through customer interactions.

When you fill out the contact form or book a consultation, we collect: name, email, company name, phone number (optional), website (optional), and the contents of your message.
When you visit the site we log technical information such as IP address, browser, language, and pages visited. This data is used anonymously to improve the user experience.
We process your information to respond to your inquiry, deliver the service you've requested, and document the customer relationship. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (contract) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in operating the business).
We store your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose — typically up to 5 years after last contact for accounting law purposes.
We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except for data processors we use to operate the business (hosting via Simply.com, email and calendar providers, form handling via FormSubmit, Calendly for booking).
You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, and restriction of the information we have about you. You also have the right to withdraw consent and to file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
